Nesta sexta-feira (05/12), foi divulgada a lista de indicados do Critics Choice Awards... e os brasileiros têm, pelo menos, três motivos pra comemorar! Afinal, o longa-metragem ''O Agente Secreto'' (do diretor Kleber Mendonça Filho) foi indicado à categoria de ''Melhor Filme em Língua Estrangeira'' enquanto o ator baiano Wagner Moura foi lembrado nas categorias de “Melhor Ator de Cinema'' (por seu desempenho em “O Agente Secreto'') e ''Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em Minissérie ou Telefilme'' (por seu desempenho em “Ladrões de Drogas''). 

Na categoria de cinema, Wagner concorre com cinco pesos pesados: Leonardo Dicaprio (''Uma Batalha Após a Outra''), Michael B. Jordan (''Pecadores''), Timotheé Chalamet (''Marty Supreme''), Joel Edgerton (“Train Dreams”) e Ethan Hawke (''Blue Moon''). Já na categoria de TV, os concorrentes de Wagner são Nick Offerman (''Death By Lightning''), Michael Peña (''All Her Fault''), Ashley Walters (''Adolescência''), Ramy Yousseff (''Mountainhead'') e o jovem prodígio Owen Cooper (“Adolescência”). 

O Critics Choice Awards é amplamente reconhecido como um termômetro forte do Oscar. A partir das indicações divulgadas hoje, poderemos ter uma boa noção de quem disputará a premiação mais famosa do cinema mundial. 

Quem domina as categorias de cinema são os filmes ''Pecadores'' (17 indicações) e ''Uma Batalha Após a Outra (14 indicações). Já nas categorias de TV, os nomes mais presentes são os das séries ''Adolescência'' (6 indicações) e ''Ninguém Quer'' (5 indicações) — ambas da Netflix. 

A cerimônia do Critics Choice Awards acontecerá no dia 4 de janeiro e, aqui no Brasil, será televisionada através do canal TNT.
