Madonna é a grande campeã do VMA 2026! Confira a lista completa de vencedores

Em julho de 2026, a cantora Madonna deu um tapa na cara do etarismo, ao lançar um dos melhores álbuns de sua carreira, aos 68 anos de idade. Esse álbum é o aclamado ''Confessions II'', que, durante a noite de ontem (27/09), acabou rendendo 7 prêmios no MTV Video Music Awards — inclusive os de ''Artista do Ano'', ''Colaboração do ano'' (para a faixa “Bring Your Love”) e ''Álbum do ano''. 

A cerimônia do VMA 2026 ocorreu em Los Angeles, contou com a apresentação do rapper Snoop Dogg e foi transmitida ao vivo, para o mundo inteiro, através da MTV. Embora a Rainha do Pop tenha sido a principal vencedora dessa premiação, também sobraram troféus para artistas/grupos como Taylor Swift, BTS, Olivia Rodrigo, Bruno Mars, Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny e Lisa.

Além de prêmios sendo entregues, o evento em questão também contou com performances musicais de Madonna (com participação de Sabrina Carpenter e Charli XCX), Raye, Kacey Musgraves, Shaboozey, Lisa, Bruno Mars, Sienna Spiro, Gener8ion (com participação de Yung Lean), Sombr, Teddy Swims, MEEK, Adam Lambert, MNEK e Saint Harrison. 

Três grandes nomes da música foram homenageados, durante o VMA deste ano: a cantora Dolly Parton (devido ao seu recente falecimento), o cantor George Michael (devido ao iminente aniversário de 10 anos de sua morte) e a extinta banda Nirvana (cujos integrantes vivos subiram ao palco, para receber o prêmio honorário Video Vanguard Award).
